A permanent full time Dental/Oral Health Therapist position based in Katherine is available. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive, quality, cost effective, clinical dental treatment, oral health promotion, educational services and referrals to specialists for infants, pre-school, primary school and high school students up to the age of 18 years, in urban, rural and remote communities in both school and clinic based settings.
 
The Darwin based position is a 12 month contract position working in a community dental clinic where both your hygiene and therapy skills will be employed. Dependant upon your level of clinical experience, an opportunity to be able to work in remote locations is available during this time.

NORTHERN TERRITORY GOVERNMENT
 

Dental Therapist Taupo-Turangi

Permanent - 24 hours per week working across the Taupo/Turangi district, Lakes District Health Board Community Oral Health Service.
 
This position requires a Registered Dental Therapist with sound clinical, administration and communication skills as well as a strong team commitment.
 
Current Annual Practicing Certificate and current driver's license with no restrictions essential.
 
Additional scopes of practice in Diagnostic Radiography and Pulpotomies in Dental Therapy practice would be desirable.

A Bachelor in Health Science (Oral), or working towards one is an advantage. You will have experience in the practice of dental therapy.
